Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you want to make a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days at shopmaggieshannon@gmail.com to initiate. Please include the order # and the items you're returning. We will review the request, and once approved, we will notify you where to mail the merchandise back. 

Returned items must be unused with tags attached. 

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for all exchanges and returns unless there is a quality issue with the merchandise.
